Competitive Team Update as of May 9
Under 9 Girls & Boys Travel Teams:
We will continue with another tryout this week for these two groups. We have had good attendance at the tryouts and we should be able to have two teams for both the girls and boys when it is all said and done. Please take note of the times for this week’s sessions.
Under 11 Girls & Boys League Teams:
The Under 11 boys will be back out on Thursday this week. We have had 27 boys out to the various tryout dates and so we should have no problem entering two teams. There will be a team placed in the 2nd division and a team placed in the 3rd division for league play. There is a chance that we may have to see about moving a couple of players up to Under 13 so that we can get two teams for Under 13 so we won’t be naming the two teams until the Under 13 boys teams are finalized (which should hopefully be taking place this week as well).
The Under 11 girls have had 40 girls register so we will be having three teams. There will be 12 players named to the team that will be playing in the 1st division (see list below) and then the remaining 28 players will be split into 2 teams and both of these teams will be put into the 3rd division for league play. It might take another session or two to split up those 28 players into 2 teams that are fairly equal.

Under 13 Girls & Boys League Teams:
For the Under 13 girl’s team, it looks like we ended up at 18 players which is really too much for 1 team and definitely not enough for 2 teams. I will keep as large of a team as I can. After the sessions we have scheduled this week, I will be reaching out to a couple of parents to discuss the options that might be there for the players that I can't offer a full time role so that they can hopefully stay involved this summer.
For the Under 13 boys teams, we are sitting at 24 players. The boys will be out on Tuesday & Wednesday night (see the schedule below) and we are asking that everyone please make their best effort to attend both of these two sessions as it will be the last time for Sara & Clay to see everyone before they make final decisions. After Wednesday we will be naming 12 players to each team – one team would play in the first division and the other team would play on second division. Under 11 players are allowed to be called up so having enough players for games should not be a problem thru the summer but we do need to know that the majority of the under 13 boys are going to play for sure after the teams are finalized.
Under 15 Girls League Team:
We have 15 girls on the team this year. The team will play their league games on Tuesday nights, the first game will be May 26, location and time to be determined. The roster for this summer is as follows (names in alphabetical order):
