Community Program Update

August 4, 2025

Hi everyone, 

Please see below for an update on everyone’s community programs for the upcoming week. I have separated them by community so that you can simply scroll thru until you find your community and then go from there.  I apologize that this update is later than normal but I was away all weekend at the Central Queen’s tournament and had a double shift at work today upon returning so I am little late in getting this put together.

Bloomfield:

Under 5 boys & girls will train at 9 am on Tuesday, August 5

Under 7 boys & girls will train at 10 am on Tuesday, August 5

Under 7 boys & girls will train at 10 am on Thursday, August 7

Alberton:

Under 9 boys likely had a practice tonight

Under 9 girls next practice will be Wednesday, August 6 at Hernewood at 6:30 pm.

O’Leary:

Under 9 boys likely had a practice tonight

Under 9 girls team 1 & team 2 will train at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 5 (at Hernewood)

Under 7 boys/girls will train at 4:30 pm on Thursday, August 7 (at O’Leary Elementary school)

Ellerslie:

Under 9 boys & girls teams will train on Tuesday, August 5 at 4:30 pm (at Elementary school)

Under 7 boys & girls program will train on Tuesday, August 5 at 5:30 pm (at Elementary school)

Tignish:

Under 7 boys & girls will train on Wednesday, August 6 at 12:00 pm (at Elementary school)

Under 9 boys & girls will train on Wednesday, August 6 at 12:00 pm (at Elementary school)

Extra items of importance for everyone:

Under 7 extra training sessions - there will be an extra training session on Wednesday at Hernewood from 5:45 to 6:30 pm

Under 7 jamboree - the next Under 7 jamboree will take place on Wednesday, August 13 at Hernewood on the under 9 fields. Communities have until Tuesday, August 12 at noon to confirm if they will be participating and then we will publish a schedule Tuesday evening on our website.  For this next jamboree we are going to go with co-ed teams from each community to see if that works a little bit better overall.

5:30 pm - O’Leary vs. Ellerslie 1

6:30 pm - Alberton vs. Tignish 1

7:30 pm - Tignish 2 vs. Ellerslie 2

Girls: (Field 2)

5:30 pm - Tignish 2 vs. O’Leary 1

6:30 pm - Tignish 1 vs. Ellerslie

7:30 pm - O’Leary 2 vs. Alberton
