Under 11 boys and girls update - games this Saturday
Hi everyone,
Just a few notes for everyone with regards to the under 11 boys and under 11 girls teams. The first games of the year are scheduled for this upcoming weekend - June 1st. All 3 teams will be playing at Hernewood. The games are not showing up on our website so I am going to check wtih PEI Soccer to see if I can get that fixed up tomorrow.
The u11 boys Green team will be playing at 10 am (please be at the field for 9:30 am)
The u11 boys White team will be playing at 11:15 am (please be at the field for 10:45 am)
The u11 girls White team will be playing at 12:30 pm (please be at the field for 12 noon)
Our uniform order is not in so we would ask that players please make sure to have black shorts and black socks. We do have some extra's for sale in the clubhouse if you need to purchase either. For the u11 boys Green team, some of the boys have a blue jersey from last year so please wear those and we should have enough spare blue jerseys to outfit the team. For the u11 boys white team, we will have a spare set of jerseys to wear until our new order comes in. The same for the under 11 girls white team, we will have a set of jerseys that players can wear for the first game or two until our order comes in.
Karch is going to be using the Ramp app to try and communicate with the boys teams, I personally don't know much about the app but will look into it to see if it might be something to use with the girls team as well. I think parents should have received an email from pei soccer about using the app, again with so much going on I just have not had the time to try and figure it out.
Just a friendly reminder that registration fees need to be paid by June 1st (unless other arrangements have been made) to avoid a late fee of $25. Etransfers can be sent to westprincestorm@gmail.com, please use soccer as the password.
To finish - if any of the boys are going to be missing for either team and you have not let Karch know as of yet, please do so asap. You can do so by sending him an email at karchporter18@gmail.com. If any of the girls are going to be missing and you have not let Brian know as of yet, please do asap by emailing him at allainbrian@hotmail.com.
